Tarallini all’ olio Tartufata

Inspired by the amazing food I had during a visit to Rome a couple of weeks ago, I’m going to post a few Italian dishes I’ve made this weekend.

These tarallini were wafted under my nose in Enoteca al Senato on Corso del Rinascimento which resulted in an immediate purchase. If you come across them, I highly recommend.

They’re tiny bread rings which they’d topped with Tarturfata, which is mushroom and truffles in oil, with the flavour skewed to the truffle rather than the mushroom. Yu-um.
